Introduction and Overall Outcome

Pinterest is the topic of my project. It was created in 2009 but not launched until 2010. It was invented by Ben Silbermann. The reason I chose Pinterest is because it is something that I use in my daily life. I also wanted to know the impact it has on other people. I found all of the articles I used in my corpus through Google searches and the resources listed on the Pinterest Wikipedia page. I then weeded through several article choosing the ones I thought would be best suited to use within this project. I only found one source that contracts what was said in the others stating that Pinterest actually causes self-esteem problems. Overall I found that most people like Pinterest and think that it is a "handy tool" especially when it comes to blog post.
